I’m the creator of LEAD, and founder of the American Franchise Academy.

I’ve been in the trenches of the Franchise industry for over 35 years - and I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly.

From my first job as a pizza delivery driver, I grew through the ranks of global Franchise brands like Domino’s Pizza, Popeyes and Olive Garden.

I’ve worked at all levels of Franchises, managed country-wide Franchise organizations and even developed my own prototype brand.

I know what makes Franchisees successful - and I know what makes them fail.

I founded the America Franchise Academy, LLC™ and launched COMMAND for Franchise Owners in 2016 after seeing the great need many new and emerging Franchise owners had. I created LEAD when I saw a gap most owners had in their operations: District Managers who couldn’t step into the leadership role, because they didn’t have adequate training and tools.
